Is the topsheet valid

Topsheet I just finished designing for the next gen of ski I’m building, but is it valid? Genuinely can’t decide

Just based on looking at them on my screen, I'm not crazy about them. But I do think they'd look nicer when u see them in person, especially from a slight distance rather than looking at the details up close. I do really like the colours.
 
Yeah idk man with top sheets its gotta be simple. Too much going on just ruins it. Also use vector art not raster, it will clean up all the lines making it less shitty. Its also a stupid idea to have such a small logo, being a new company(which i doubt is even real) you would want your presence known and be identifiable. If you actually are making skis good luck its a very time consuming and difficult process.
 
Appreciate the advice. Tried to redo a graphic I did a while ago but this time did it in illustrator so it’s vector so way cleaner. Idk what it looks like in the clip on ns tho cause it’s an ss. This is gonna be for the 4th gen of a fishtail I’ve been building and designing for a year(shape below) dimensions are 178x150-110-140

I'd definitely soften the lines and dots to make it look more natural other than that pretty cool
 
Top sheets are the coolest when they are about something that you care about treat it like a signature ski that you get to fully design. You like fishing slap some fish on there you like watermelons slap some watermelons on it. Doesn't matter what people think as long as your stoked on it.

Just re did it in illustrator-lmk if this is better worse or just cool relative to the last topsheet. Trying to get some more opinions on this

Stop with the stupid fucking scale pattern. It looks fucking horrible and it hurts the eyes to look at. Actually, never mind. You should apply to work at Vishnu, they'd hire you right away I bet.

This is super sick! If the scale pattern is more just around the bindings with the mountains ahead of the toe piece it'll gonna look amazing, you could even throw like a fish or clouds on the tips too if theres a lot of negative space
