Is the Frisco CO community hike park open? and does anyone know if they added the rope tow they talked about?

Randomly remembered the little hike park in Frisco next to Dillon Reservoir and saw a few pages saying they were adding a rope tow to the park along with a $20 pass to use it. Any locals know what the deal is with that currently?

I was talking to a homie who works there the other day and he said that they’re opening a temporary rope tow for 5 days I think this weekend but won’t have a permanent one till next year. It sounds like the town doesn’t trust that it’ll be popular enough to put the necessary resources in (among other internal problems)
