They solid for sure! some pretty out of there designs but solid stuff overall.

I have their shell bib and it's hardest shell fabric I have ever seen

They sponsor lots of good skiers including film guys, and the Woodsy pants look really nice. Most of their gear is kinda lame in terms of fit and patterns but I would say they are a legit brand.
