Is Peter Brown the next big thing??

yah he is deffinatly tallented... and im not hating but there are a ton of other kids out there that are the same age/ younger that are throwing down to... this kid looks sick and i wish him the best of luck!
 
i totally know what you guys mean, he has his bros exact style (only worse) and even the same outerwear. I think this kid has huge potential , but he will need to take it to the next level really quick before he gets where bobby is.
 
I know he has perfect tricks but 0 style or creativity.

I would so much rather see someone like Dale Tarkington on top of Dew Tour, X-games, etc.. than Bobby, no offense to his tremendous skill.
 
i think hes less talented than his brother considering his brother won xgames at 18. and hes throwing not so clean tricks and has a really limited trick bag it seems. one real dub, really?
 
No freaking way. At 17 bobby was doing two dubs in one slopestyle run and winning dew tour. This kid wont be anywhere close. Good skier but come on guys I know probably 20 kids better than him at rails and a handful better then him at jumps and that is just in Ontario.
 
he is a very talented young skier. don't take this the wrong way but I ski moguls and when i go into the park, i am doing pretty much the same thing that he is(minus the dub cork and switch rodeo off the rail). otherwise awesome skiing!!
 
Kids damn good.. But bobby did win double golds in X games when he was 18... it's hard to imagine peter throwing down runs anywhere near that good in the near future
 
you guys are idiots. how can you come in here saw he is shitty cause he has two dubs? im gunna with he is pretty damn good. along with tons of other young kids. in know way is he shitty. kid kills it! let the haters hate
 
he looks so awkward when doing his tricks...like he just isn't comfortable at all in his body.

Bobby...as much as he doesn't ooze steeze, his shit is together, no excess movements, no awkwardness on rails or in the air, its all textbook...which is his style so technically he does have style.

peter just looks like half of the kids at my local hill, great tricks but you hold your breath every time they go off a jump...especially on that dub cork, I thought he was done for off the lip...if that thought goes through someones head when they watch it then it is not sick at all...even if it is a dub.
 
All ou haters need to settle down. Its all about how fast you progress if you wanna get good and this kid is progressing fucking real fast. I remember last year when he was just throwing fives for his first time. If you go from a five to doubles in one season then your fucking stepping your game up. If he keeps progressing at this speed then he's gonna be goooooood
 
He is a VERY good skier.

But in relative terms, he's not Bobby. He lacks technical doubles, and his rail work is mediocre. But he really is a victim of everyone else being so damn good.

If this was 2 years ago, he would be a fucking sensation right now. But skiing has progressed so fast that you really need to be on the way to winning major comps at age 17.
 
He's good but he is way behind his brother, check this vid from 2008, he already did 2 clean dubs and he was 16

dude it doesnt matter how many dubs he has, he has to get some style for them to be worth anything. lots of kids can just go out and huck dubs but the hard part is making them look good. but i did get to see him stomp first try dub cork 10, now he just needs to figure out the take off a little better and get some style in there and he could be killing it
 
skis exactly like bobby. i mean i'm sure he'll be a good comp skier, seeing as he's 17 and already looks to have dubs on lock
 
sick skier and definitely better than me, but imo bobby had more "style" when he was 16. really didnt enjoy his tricks, especially rail game.
 
I have a good friend that rode against him at the Gatorade Free Flow Tour at Vail and he said that he hucks it but does not land a lot of his tricks. but if he is going to learn how to become a great skier he has one of the best people you could ask for to teach you.
 
Ya what I'm saying is that those were like first try videos. Not everyone can throw a steezy double first try. So he will get there
 
BOOM.....watch out for PDB coming up killing it. Lands everything first try. I bet all of you who are hating cant go out and throw a new dub and land it first try. Treat Me
 
He definately needs to clean up his style but its amazing how fast people can progress and change their whole ability in skiing in one year. I bet next season he will have 10 times better style and you can quote me on that!
