Sometimes I will wake up in the middle of the night and go to my computer and unconsciously go on ns and look at all the forums. Sometimes I dont even realize it. Sometimes ill get on ns and then get off like in a second, but then 5 minutes I go back to check if there is any new forums or if i got ne messages. Does ns run your life too?

hell man, my friends make fun of me for it. I go to a party and im like 'time to NS it up' and hop on the computer and spend about 5 min on there and then chill for 10 and then im back.

now that the ski season is over and its summer, i have abso-fuckin-lutly nuthing to do. so i come on here and check out the forums. i can't look at ski gabber tho. too painful. reading about skiing makes me want to go even more. i wish it were november!

i first came here back in early 2002 onn my first sn i had jsut turned 12 at the time, this site looked awesome but i didn't know mcuh about it so i would just look at the pictures and videos and read articles, then i discovered the forum and my addiction began. is tarted out in ski gabber then is tarted looking at the nsg and then i strarted going there constantly because everyone was hilarious because there wasnt even 1/10th of the ammount of members then and newbs were roasted on site. i didnt post much. but my first post i got called a cocksucking newb by dirty a hilarious shittalker at the time. i was honered to be addresed by ns royality.

 
yea it's easy if ya don't have a comp around to not think of ns.com, but when you're bored a computer si right next to you...why not see what some other skiers are tlaking about. besides not a lot of us get to talk about skiing all the time. when i mention skiing people i kick it with are like 'great....anyway'. no one understand the people who are addicted to snow.

i have short periods of time where i am on it like constantly just cause there are a few threads i am active in, so i check back like every few min, and am depressed if there isnt a new post in the thread....

it's really addicting in the offseason when there's nowhere to fricking ski and so talking about skiing to others who understand the passion of it is comforting

I don't think it's very addictive at all, I only go on very occasionally, I have posted about 5 times in the last 2 days, that's fucking loads for me, I usually go on every few weeks, I browse the photo's a fair bit, that's the thing I like about this site the most, the fac that there are 2/3 equally good parts about it whereas most sites either just have a forum or info.

This site is like a real community, I can see why people get 'addicted'...
