Is my hard drive partitioned?

I recently installed Parallels Desktop in order to play a windows only game on my Mac (Dayz). It didn't work out for me and its been to much trouble to play this game. I have deleted Parallels and now I'm concerned that I partitioned my HD. Im not sure what that blue thing means?
