Is it worth it to buy a Saga Anomie jacket?

I haven't heard about Saga outerwear until recently and I was wondering if I should buy the Saga Anomie jacket. Does anyone have this jacket? How's the quality? Is it warm? I'm looking for a one do it all jacket and I only ski in Tahoe on groomers and park.

saga is over priced over marketed chinese garbage now. the anomies quality has degraded since its inception in 06. There stuff rips super easily. Virtika stuff is super cheap and super durable. Not the most water proof or stylish of garments, but my virtika insulated pants have 300+ days on them and still going strong.

What Virtika jacket would you recommend?

Anomies are great, don't listen to that chach who thinks he knows something. I have used lots of saga gear and it holds up nicely. Couldn't recommend it more!

lol nice anecdote but Saga's quality is equal to or better than Virtika. From my experiences with 10+ Saga products and ~5 First Drop/FD wear/Virtika products, I would go with Saga every time. The majority of NS would agree with this.

I had 3 saga jackets from back in the days collections ( I believe it 2012-2014) and Anomie jackets were very good, good quality and great design.

On deck jacket - were not so good. Well looking , but poor quality , it fell apart after 2 seasons, literally fell apart.

I've had my anomie since 2013 and it's still chugging strong, such a great reliable jacket
