Is it possible to get a virus from Newschoolers.com forum posts?

I was reading a thread about katie parry like 5 minutes ago, then i clicked on a link in the thread, and it showed me a picture of a girl with a knife waving in front of her face.

then my computer went into super hyper active defence mode against viruses and shit and then i checked them like 5 minutes later and it said it was fine.

i hate internet virus's.
 
That picture is just Katy Pary holding a knife. Maybe your computer reacted to the website. Macs no prob though so maybe you should switch.
 
That's pretty nice. One day Mac is going to get hit with something though and it's going to suck for everyone. Hope not, but that's my guess.

The day will suck, because my roommate will stoked that my laptop is now on the same level as his hp..

lolz just kidding his hp sucks balls.. ha has a semi fried harddrive and cant use half his screen.

There isn't any way to get a virus from newschoolers. If you computer is infected, something can happen on any website...

Please do report anything suspicious you see with screen captures and as much information as is possible. Its always key to look into whatever might be out there!
