Is it me or..

i find it gawky yes, but i also find uber-baggy outerwear lame to. Why not stuff that fits you properly, its not how you look, its how your ride
 
Its not so much tight as that it fits. Your all so used to seeing super baggy gangsterdness that when we see something that actually fits, it seems tight. I myself am leaning toward a better fitting suit next year, 'cause I'm sick of always pulling my pants up.
 
I skate way more than I ski but I wear girl pants (yes, kinda weird but...) for skating but when I hit the mountain my cloths are pretty baggy... tight pants while skiing is just kooky, if both feet are not on the same same riding device, don't sport tight pants...
 
i agree, the whole wearing tight clothes thing is the worst trend ever. It makes you look ridiculously flaming, and super not stylish at all. You wear baggy clothes because it shows movement less and therefore looks better when you're doing something - you don't see the minor flaws of a trick. tight clothes = noooo good
 
you kids make me want to puke. i rock everything in at least xl, but am the first person to realize that there are plenty of skiers who pull off hesh style perfectly. look at even sigstad...

girls wearing tight clothes is hott however girls wearing tight jeans while skiing without snow pants is not
 
haha yea i dont like it either. it's not just you. I'm pretty sure this is a trend that wont ever 'blow up' and expand because it looks silly. Plus i just dont see how it can be comfortable to ski when ur range of motion is like zero.
 
yea it looks gay when ppl do that but most of the ppl that do it at my mountain are old ppl so it really doesnt matter
 
what ever you like man, more people like baggy, which is good for you as a photographer, but Blake nYMAN doesn't wear bagy clothes and he is bad ass.
 
i wear pants one size bigger just because i wer protec crashpants and they give me more movement
 
^you have a point, crashpants would show right through my holdens, but im fairly certain i will never resort to those.
 
some kid tried to ski with me and my friends the other day...rental boots with windpants tucked into them.
 
There is nothing wrong with it, I think there are alot of people pull it off very well. Its a good thing for the sport, theres no argument there, weither you like it or not, its up to you. If you dont like it, open up your eyes, your probably just from a small resort where its still cool to wear super baggy clothing, theres alot more out there.
 
i agree, it just makes riders look like gapers. next thing you know theyll be wearing Giants football jackets
 
im stoked to see skiers have a new aspect and its starting pull the sport into new directions, then more people from differnt backgrounds will like what skiing is doing instead of just more kids who listen to rap, JEA!!
