Has anyone been anywhere in the last few days that hasn't either been completely icy or full of exposed rocks? Crystal: 40 degrees and rocky, White Pass: 40 degrees and hard as a rock. Stevens, Mission, Baker? What's it like before I make the drive?

frankly i'd rather ski on dry pointy gravel than what we got at snoqualmie right now

be aware, ski with care

Haha, on monday at stevens, on the cattrack from Southern Cross to Tye Chair, there was this steep section that was bare rock. Bare for 10 feet, just this huge slab that went across the whole track with only a bit of snow on it. People were doing it and making sparks and shit, it was so funny to watch em snowplow down it.. hehehe.
