Ipod touch

ive seenem and they look pretty sweet a kid i know has one. but the guy in best buy told me that if you drop it and it liek lands on the sides the screen will crack for shore so deff ge tthe warenty thing if u ge tit from bestbuy.
 
Greatest thing i own, well not really but its sooo sick. The scratch resistancy of the screen is insane, and if you jailbreak so you can add the iphone apps and other thirdp party apps its even better, the back is the classic ipod back and needs to be protected. But if you have the money and want something awesome go for it.
 
do you need it? id recomend getting something cheaper that has a bigger hard drive instead of something that'll wooo your friends
 
thats sweet i think im def going to get it and i always get the extended 2 year warrante so that wont matter but ye it reallly dose look sweet...
 
You might as well just get the iphone. The iphone is everything the itouch is but with the phone capability which is fucking sick
 
i have an 8 gig one...it is sooo sick....i jailbroke it, so now i everything that the iphone has, and much more...i would wait till after xmas to get one though b/c apparently apples coming out with a 30 gig one for 400 bucks around then.
 
the sickest shit ever!! definentily get one. if you do get a 16gb because if your like me and like a ton of vids the 8gb will run out of space faster than you think
 
Thats the point of the iTouch though, no mechanical hard drive, its all flash memory, which means less breaking. I'd def wait though until the 30g model comes out.
 
I wasn't sold on the idea, but i used one with some wireless around... definitely a cool thing to have. Wait a bit though.
 
yeah im just going to gat the 8 gig thats straight enough for me plus i dont feel like wateing my video ipod is broke and i need some music to ski to haha
 
Make sure to get a case and something to cover the screen cause they did tests and if the screen isnt covered in like 3 months it will fuck up or something. but i have a bunch of friends who have them and they are sick.
 
i dont know if anyone else will agree with me or not, but skiing with the touch doesnt seem like the best idea. you might as well get another video for cheaper, with more space
 
Hell no wouldnt ski with it, i bought a ipod shuffle to ski with. but Bular if you do buy a warranty and you then jailbreak it, make sure you restore the ipod if you go to the store with a problem with it. If its jailbroken and you show them it, they void ur warranty but if you restore it neither man nor god can tell it was jailbroken.
 
The iPod shuffles are pretty sweet to ski with them, you can stash em anywhere.

But the iPod Touch is sick. I've used everything but the internet on it. The interface took me a bit to get used to, feels a lot different from normai iPods...

 
my brother has one. Basically the internet is sick, thats the best part. Unfortunately it is wayy overpriced and has barely any memory.

It comes down to if you have the money and if 8 gigs is enough storage for you (when you could be getting an 80gig zune for $50 less). But ya the internet on it is sick and it looks nice.
 
I have an Itouch, sitting in it's packaging in my room.

I'm so tempted to open it, but I bought it to give as a gift for someone and therefore can not... sheet.
 
i use my buddies all the time.....its really cool...and i don't hold all my songs with me all the time anyways so i have no problem having a small portion of them.
 
in my mind, the 8 gig is perfect....somehow i fit 1000 songs on mine along with realtime and yeahdude. also, i have around 20 apps on it, one of them with 65 nintendo games, and i still have a gig of flash memory left. All in all, a VERY legit item....but im definately not skiiing with mine....thats what the cheap shit is for.
