Ipod music to itunes (+K)

I've tried looking this up on google and such, but I'm not sure if there's a free easy way to get my ipod touch music on to my itunes. I recently got a new mac book and a lot of the music I have on my ipod is from several computers and has music that I haven't saved on my other computers either. Does anyone know how to get the songs on to itunes without paying to download any programs or anything? Much help appreciated

if you can do a mac version for the follwoing it should work: plug in ipod, my computer, ipod, ipod control, music, drag all folders onto folder on computer. i dont know if that will be any help though, im sure there's programs out there

when you plug in your ipod it should give u an option to transfer music to your itunes

i have the exact same problem! apple says to do homesharing (http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1329) but it doesnt work for me for some reason. let me know if you find out a different way

you may just have to suck it up and pay like $15 or $20 and buy some third party software to do it, I tried really hard to find a way but couldnt

Google search Music Rescue. Download the demo and follow the directions. Every 50 songs it will tell you to buy the software to stop the notifications, but just click out of the box and it will continue transfering your songs.

I've used this thing several times and its a pain if you have thousands of songs but i get used to it.
