iPod help

i was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem. everytime i open up itunes i get this message saying 'the software required for communicating with the iPod is not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes to install the iPod's software' i tried reinstalling it many times and it still wont work. any suggestions?

this happened to me a while back, and i think i uninstalled it, then went into my program files folder and actually deleted the entire ipod and itunes folder cause there's some stuff that the uninstall doesn't delete. reinstall, and everything should hopefully work.

got it to work, thanks guys. i reinstalled my whole computer and got it to work, it only took me about 3 hours! haha oh well

Whats wrong with iTunes? It has an awesome search feature, its decent looking, and it organizes your music well.

i hate it because its a bitch to load all your songs onto itunes.

You should be able to record a cd directly to your iPod without having to rip it.

you mean a way to get the songs on your ipod on your puter? there is a program you can get, it will take about 3 hours or more to get all your songs on your puter from your ipod. click here to get the rpogram for mac and pc
