Ipod help

Ok I woke up this morning and all of my music was gone off of my itunes, it's like Itunes has gone back to when it was first uploaded, I have no idea how this happened, I still have all my music on my Ipod, can anyone help me get my music back on itunes?

if you have a mac, download senuti. works as itunes, only backwards

there is a software program you can buy at like best buy that can transfer songs from your ipod to the computer or you can find a way to get the lost files bac on your computer by reboting it or a file recovery or something like that.
