IPod help

so mum decided to put my ipod through the wash. luckily it was my old one, but still, i liked having two...

im trying to work out how the hell i can open the actual ipod. i remember ages ago i dropped it and it split open then i put it back together. but ive tried that and it doesnt work. ive been told that if i heat it up with a hair dryer the glue should melt and itll open up. has anyone tried that? im curious. if no one can give me a reason not to do it, well im gonna give it a shot. but yeah let me know if i could do some permanent damage

ive come to talk you out of it. sometimes dead is better. if you bury it in the old indian burial ground, its not the same thing that comes out as you put in. let it be, stoch, sometimes dead is better. so don't go burying your ipod in the old indian burial ground up yonder behind the bar.

hey i have an ipod just like that but my hard drive stopped working. but my dad says he knows how to take them apart so right now we are looking for new hard drives
