If I plug it into a wall outlet, works fine, can listen to music.
If I unplug it from the wall outlet, it does not work. Just blinks the apple logo faintly.
If I plug it into my computer, same thing, just blinks the apple logo and i tunes does not come up.
Looked online for answers, tried to do the menu/middle key at same time. Did not work.
Called Apple...that was a joke.
Any help? Anyone have this problem?
