Ipod being gay

so i just got this ipod, and i put all my 700-some songs on there.

here's the problem: when i try to play one of the cd's i bought from itunes, it just goes right through all the songs on the cd, but it doesn't play anything.

anyone know what this is?
 
yea you need to register your itunes and ipod i beleive...my bro set up mine so im not too sure...but try that first...
 
i walked to school with my ipod (black 30gig video) today and tried turning it off.....it wouldn't turn off. drained the entire battery. that's bull shit, why don't they have a 'shut down' option in the program. cuz my stop/pauise works, but it won't register to turn off.....

it worked perfectly fine yesterday!

You hold the menu and center buttons for more than 6 seconds to turn off a malfunctioning iPod. Even if the iPod is frozen.
 
that's what you get for giving in to the man, man. i either download a few songs or buy a whole cd from a music store.
 
I never liked the ipod, and what wagon is there to hop onto. Evryone still loves the ipod. I have a creative zen touch and I've had it for 3 years now and its never failed me. Started out with 24hr battery life 3yrs ago and now its down to 12, not bad considering thats what a brand new ipod is nowadays.
 
Ive never had any major trouble with my ipod or myy razr. I think some people just get unlucky and shit fucks up on them so they tell everyone that it sucks, then everyone thinks its cool to say it sucks. Fuck bandwagons.
 
I have a similar problem. I downloaded a cd from mytunes redux, its a connected network at my college and most of the songs i downloaded work but a few of them come to be played and it skips to the next song. All of these songs work straight from my comp too, anyone know what the deal is?
