Ok, I'm getting a 40g 4th gen iPod soon and i want to protect it from just about everything. What type of case do those with iPods suggest? I think I'm going to get the Lilipod case. So far this seems to be the best one I can find, but what else is good?

hell no get the ipod armor, its so much easier to use than the lilli. plus its smaller to, not as bulky

going beyond is as bad as falling short, especially on 70 foot tables.

Just got the Etymotics Er-6i Isolator iPod Earphones. So sick, my dad has the brother pair, the ER-6, and they are incredible. The new iPod versions come with enhanced bass response for the iPod's lack of it, and better microphonics.

Sick earphones, but the price tag is a little fat for those not picky about good sound. $150 isn't bad for a pair of high quality earphones, but its all up to you. Go to Here - iPodLounge.com to research about and ask questions regarding high quality headphones.

BamBam, what earphones/headphones are you rockin?

Well, I use a Crative Zen Xtra, not an iPod. I've got Sony Sony EX-71s at the moment - nothing near Etymotics' quality, but stilla big step up from the pathetic ones that come supplied with any player. I can't believe how many people I see every day in the street using the iPod's trademark white earphones - pay hundreds for the player then listen through those things?? Anyway, I'll be getting some Grado SR-60 or SR-80 sometime soon hopefully, maybe not before Christmas because I've been buying too much other stuff recently.
