Iphoto question

I am a huge photo shop / editing noob. I have Iphoto and want to basically crop out a picture of my face and paste it onto another big picture with an american flag background. Is this possible to do in Iphoto? And if so, how can I go about doing that.
 
Stick your phone up your butthole then let it sit there for 2 days exactly. If you even go a second over or under you will fuck it up and have to restart.
