IPhone screen shots?

I don't have an iPhone, and was wondering if anyone could send me some screen shots. I need a couple, one from the newschoolers main news page (the one you get after you log in), www.shredbc.com, and maybe the K2 homepage. I would like the shots to be vertical, and not when the phone is in horizontal position.

as far as I know, the layout changes slightly on an iphone, otherwise I would take them on the computer.

this is for a computer science project/website I'm writing. it's about skiing!

how do you take screen shots? a few rendom ones are in my pictures but idk how they got there
