I'll help you out as much as I can seeing as I just went through this less than a month ago. You have a few option ranging from free to 200 bucks.
1. Deal with it. Yeah I know it's a pain in the ass. I dealt with mine for about a month until shards started falling out everywhere.
2. Try fixing it yourself. There are MANY pros and cons to this approach. It can be inexpensive (There are kits online ranging from $5 to $60). I personally bought a kit off Zeetron.com which ran me $35 plus shipping. The kits come with all the tools you need to do it yourself but the issue is that fixing it yourself voids any warranty you have left, and if done incorrectly it can fuck up more things (broken LCD screen, fucked up motherboard, etc.) I did not end up using the kit I bought and have since returned it to Zeetron but from what I heard it's a decent one. The issue with the cheaper sets (5-~$20) is that the Digitizer you buy is not factory quality and the new screen may not be as responsive as your old one was. Do a lot of research before attempting to fix it yourself.
3. Find someone who knows what they are doing to fix it for you. Like skithesprings said, here at Penn State there's someone who advertises everywhere. He charges $50-70 depending on what you need done/how long you are willing to wait. These people probably have more experience with changing the screens but there is no way of knowing if they will fuck your phone up like is possible with a self-fix. I really don't know how much I would trust someone that is just a friend/college student/random person because if they break something more than it was before good luck getting money out of them.
4. Call Apple and send it in to them. No matter how hard you try, the representatives for Apple on the phone will not listen to you. I had many issues with them and I commend you/am jealous of you if you had a good experience with them. They will just tell you it is not covered by warranty and want $200 to fix your screen. I would not go with this route unless this next option is not possible and you don't trust a self-fix.
5. (BEST OPTION!!!!!!!!!!) Go to an Apple Store. Cross your fingers and hope you get someone who is having a great day. Every Apple store is equipped with a machine that fixes screens in about 10 minutes. ALthough the screen break is not covered under warranty, if you have had a good record or frankly get someone who is having a good day/doesn't care they will fix it for free. That's right, I walked into an Apple store, told the guy I dropped my phone and destroyed my screen, and 30 minutes later he waived all fees and I had basically a brand new phone. If they do not waive the fee for you, it is only $100. Compared to sending it in and paying more, or trying to fix it yourself with the potential of fucking it up more, I would go for this route either way if there is an Apple store close. Be nice and they may do it for free.
I did a lot of research about fixing it myself and decided going the Apple Store route was my cheapest and least risky venture. Like I said, I really lucked out and the guy didn't charge me. If you have any more questions let me know, I hope everything I said has helped.
