yo, after checking all the previous threads on the subject - so don't get on me about that lame search bar shit - it takes just as much time to click a link and post an answer as it does to say 'check the search bar'. shit.

alright, i just talked to one of the dudes at decade snow and skate and he said that the problem with the invaders delaming and crap was with the FIRST pressing of em (problems with the ink and shit).

What i wanna know is - has there been anyone who's gotten invaders and NOT had the delaming problem with em?

the problem is stupid asain people who have never made skis and never will even see snow ( unfortunatly) made them and they were learning on the cheapest line ski hence alot of them were built poorly. thank line for moving there shit to asia.

my edges are ripping off,the tip edges.

Can you explain that.

oh yeah they are delaming like shit

My invaders just have cosmetic issues. The clear cover started to come up on the tail of one of my skis. I just ripped it off. Its not the actual delaming of the ski. Its the clear top cover above the graphics. The ski itself is still soild. I dont even see any cracks in the edges from rails. I love um for sure.

by the way these were ridden for only 13 days and only 10 in the park and were never used for urban rails

it is a big deal though because skis arent supposed to have thier edges fall out and rip apart after 15 days...even if you can make a crappy repair job

my question to you is why do you post on every single thread about the invaders? what is your deal man. get a life.

i love my invaders.. they are falling apart already but theyre so much fun to ski. i put some duct tape on the tips and theyre kinda holding up, i wouldnt but them this year.... maybe next year they will fix the problem

that's exactly what mine were like...perfectly fine, and i kept wondering why everyone was complaining about them...then one day everything just started falling apart! That all happened in one day!

with line u either get a winner 90 times out of 100 or a ski tha falls apart 10 times out of 100 when it comes to invaders. which sucks cuase none of there other skis have that problem and cuase there skis are jstu soooooo sick in terms of how they ride.

yup same thing to a pair of them that i warrentyed already after 13 days on them

didnt get new ones for a month now i'm on about 20 days on my new ones and the exact same thing is happening

mine too, i love my invaders, i have been out well over 40 times already this year and i hit rails and jumps virtually every run and i have no edges ripping out or even broken yet, and the only problem is a a thin little part on the side of the top sheep that has come off, its about 3 inches long and 1/6 inch wide, its pretty much just cosmetic from peps in lift lines and crossing skis when grabing, i am def getting next years invaderS!!!

what, you bought invaders this year and then you're going to buy the exact same ski next year?

no offense, but do you really need new skis every year?

approaching 100 days in the park with mine this year, holding up better than any ski ive ever had.

mine were preproduction though, so i may have gotten lucky.

my cuz had those skis...the same thing happened to his skis that happened to those messed up skis in the pic

it seems that the perproduction super early ones are the only ones that dont fall apart. my friend has some thta he has no prob with

on my first jump one of my invaders snaped in half then the other one shattered like a sheet of glass.

actually I have never skied them, I just wanted to go with the crowd
