Hi!

I tried to bake my FT intution liner at home today! I had them in the convection oven in 10 min. When I took them out, one of them were smaller than the other???? Someone experienced this before?

hmm...... it should have gotten bigger if you think of standerd physics. take it to a shop and have them do it right

you should have stretched that shit over your foot and stuffed it into the liner. did you jsut leave it ?

I stuffed it into my boot, then I stepped into it. I realised that it had shrank so I tried to stretch it a little bit, but no success

oops. if you leave em in the over for too long, or have the temp. too hot, they shrink. you might be able to stretch them a bit if you heat them again, but probably not. that's why you buy boots from a shop and have someone who knows what they are doing do the work for you.

When properly molded the liners should shrink. You heat em up, and then put your footbed in it if you use one, then put the liner in the boot, and proceed to put your foot in. Dont forget about toe caps though.

Yeah it will feel really tight inside once warm, thats why you need the toe cap while you allow them to cool around your foot and the foam sets. I have done a few pairs and it is definitely tricky to do yourself. Go to a shop and have them done by someone who knows what they are doing. Also once they are molded make sure to keep them away from heat, I've had one liner shrink after accidentally being left near a heat vent overnight
