Intervalometer on Mac for Canon t3i

Doesn't Cannon have a pretty solid piece of tethering software? look into that OP.

EOS utility comes on the disc with your camera. That's what the guy above me is talking about. I use it because I haven't bothered to pick up an actual intervalometer yet, and it works super easy as long as you don't mind having your computer wherever you're shooting. You can adjust any other settings on the camera through that software too. The intervalometer part of the program is the stopwatch button. That's where you pick your interval and how many shots you want.

I have an intervalometer that works for my t2i, I'm sure it would work for the t3i i'd sell for 20 bucks if you're interested

the disk utility EOS thing doesn't work on lion, so make sure you've got an older version. i'd say go with magic lantern. there's like, no risk at all, i've never heard of anyone actually bricking their camera, and it unlocks so many nice things.

This. Or buy an intervalometer off of ebay. i paid 9 bucks shipped for mine and it works fine. The ML intervalometer works good, but sometimes i like to have a real one just incase ML shits out.

This ML is great if you really have no way of bring a real intervalometer or if you forgot it or something, but it will shit out on you sometimes, and also you can get more features with a real intervalometer

i have heard of literally zero instances of people bricking their cameras. The newer magic lantern installs are cake walks and are broken down step by step.
