I saw someone post this site fiverr saying people will post their services up online with a video testimonial of what they will do for you for $5. Check out all of these postings for "professional editing"

Most of the stuff on that site seems to be done by 14-year old kids who just torrented the Adobe Suite.

Yeah no doubt they won't be sweeping up the best jobs in the industry... definitely something to think about though. All this does is lower the value of work of filmmakers and editors when a potential client who knows nothing logs on and sees something like this... they'll take it. for a simple project I think there are plenty of people on there who can cut together something sufficient. Especially with titling.
