What time does it start? All I saw was doors open 00:00 then something at 7:30 lol. Also, it says to wear an Inspired shirt. But, these are expensive an dI dont have one. Worth buying one for it? Do they sell stuff there (avoids shipping)?

You *should* be able to buy a shirt there if you don't have one. Worst case scenario take a white shirt and draw inspired on it with the best rendition of the logo you can manage.

For sure those guys would be stoked as fuck on you showing the love even if its ghetto.
