Insane Deal on a Scarlet

I'd never buy something off classifieds without getting it in person, the amount of people that scam on there is ridiculous.

The body size of a scarlet isn't a whole lot bigger than an a dslr isn't it?
 
It's actually much less. I'd fear buying that Scarlet. He doesn't know anything really. You can't transfer your RED Armor warranty. BE CAREFUL! If it were me I'd only buy a Scarlet through RU, or RED.com

As far as size, they're much bigger, and heavier I'd say. The body itself is about 5lbs, and 5 inches tall, 4 inches long, and 4 inches wide. Thats a guesstimate. With a sidehandle, add 1lb. Another 1lb with the Touchscreen. Once you get a V-mount adapter or battery on there, unless you want to use the 30 minute lasting Red Volt's, you add another 2-3 lbs and 3-4 inches.

My run and gun set up with a lens weighs in at about 9-10lbs.

Transfer fee is also cheaper now. It's about $500. I know because i'm selling mine.
 
By the way, there is a scammer that goes around on Craigslist and picks off PM's on RU usually offering insane deals. I almost fell victim.

The good thing about RED is you have to go directly through them, which is why the transfer fee is good. It forces both parties to have a middle party to make sure it's valid.

If anyone is buying this ask for the Serial, Customers name, and verify it with RED before you send money!
