Insane BS 3 to FS 3 (video)

wtf, that was insane. It doesn't look possible. Like a 360 rewind. The jump wasn't all that huge either. how could he stop his rotation and spin back that fast.
 
i slowed down the video and watched and he roates only in one direction the whole time frontside i think but their is something that makes it look funny but its actually just a normal spin no change of direction which by the way would be impossible to stop your rotation in mid air and reverse its direction without having anything to push off of or alter your rotation with but sick vid i like it
 
good call. my friend who boards told em about this. well even if its not true, its still a sweet edit. i didnt realize u could go frame by frame on those buttons. i swear i watched that part like 5 times and it seriuodly loked liek 3 one way 3 the other? but in slow mo, ur right
 
dude i'm watching it over and over, and it looks like 3 one way - then 3 the other. I don't get it.
 
watch it frame by frame. The kid up there was right it is all frontside I dunno why it look slike there is a change in it. Looks weird
 
yeah i did, i meant thay when it plays at speed it looks like a damn 360 rewind. I just don't get it. Damn optical illusion camera tricks.
 
just checked it out in slo-mo, he spins right side the entire way, the way he throws his arms makes it look weird. it sucks though cause once you see how it really is, when you speed it up it doesn't look weird anymore, you can't see it how you used to see it
 
the first time i watched it regular speed i thought i saw the same thing too.. but that was only the first time
 
nevermind i got it to work but yeah, i dont see anything remotely like a bs 3 to fs 3... if u mean that bs 9 near the end.... that was just a change in shot angle. and it was at 540 so it looked like hed be spinning fs..... but hes spinning to the left the whole time....I really hope thats not what everyone thinks is a rewind....
 
the part where people are talking about is a rightside 7 (i think its a 7) and the dude is wearing a white coat
 
Ohhhh I see, it's cause he winds up his shoulders right (looks like hes gonna spin left) but actually spins right.

I watched it a bunch of times and all it ever looked like was a 9 to me. No ghange of grab hands, no shifty, no rewind. Then I watched the whole trailer again, and kind of saw the rewind once. I think if you're not ready for it or aren't paying close attention it looks like a rewind because when he is taking off he leans the opposite way he is going to spin (sort of like he is starting a flatspin). You think he is going to spin that way, and then you see at the end he is spinning the other way, but really it was the same way the whole time.
