^ was at tramp practice w/ the ski team yesterday workin on double backs and I got excited and set a bit too early, which reduced my height and set me going back, and I got like 1.5 flips and then smashed the top of my foot and ankle into the side of the tramp. I hurt my thumb drunk wrestling with my friend haha
i think i win, skull fracture 5 metal plates in my forehead im a week out of surgery i have an 8 in incision on the top of my head bolted down with 50 staples and some stiches
same, i have straight avoided longboarding for like 3 weeks now, i almost fucked my knee at one point this summer...ive been trying to stretch a lot just in general, and ive been sticking to hiking and bicycling, i will NOT lose this season...
Yesterday I was at the beach and got taken by a wave that I didn't see coming and my foot dug into the sand beneath and got my knee in a bad position and today its been feeling like ligament damage (with my movements, etc - and i did my ACL a few years ago so i know what it feels like, same knee as well) but hopefully its serious.
