Info on UCLA/UC Davis/Berkley

Does anyone have any info on UCLA, UC Berkley, or UC Davis, I know today is my last day to submit an app so I need to know any info on them

If anyone goes there how do they like it? pros and cons?

Can anyone give any info on how the location is, no matter if they go to the school or not.

uc davis is the closest to skiing ( tahoe) and my friend went there and seemed like he like it there. berkely is a cool town more big city like, but it is farther from tahoe. ucla you will have the socal mountains and mammoth 5 or so hours away.

32% UC fee increases + more out of state and international students being let in = less room for YOU.
 
UCLA IMO is in sort of a shitty area for going to college. I think you would have much more fun at Berkley. Good luck getting in though, Berkley is the hardest school to get into in the country right now I think, and I know a couple people with 4.0GPAs and extracurriculars who got denied from UCLA.
 
Lol. You're calling westwood a shitty area go to school? Haha.
Berkeley's a legit town though for sure. so much more shit going on in the surrounding parts.
Plus its not anywhere near LA. so thats awesome.. haha.
 
^i think maybe he meant the greater los angeles metropolitan area is a shitty place to go to school, not necessarily westwood proper.
hard to say. berkeley is a fun town, but whether you're there or in LA it's kind of a hop, skip and a jump to make it to the mountain all the time. good luck with your choice!
 
^yeah, I figured but whatevs.

And if you want a UC where you can actually go skiing at a legit resort without driving over 2 hours, Davis is the place to go - Bret here would know fa sho.
