who has skied on these skis and what are they like in comparison to the 2013 atomic punx?? ive searched in the searchbar and no one actually talks about the ski, they just talk about the infamous crew. so im actually looking for opinions on the ski.

Eh, I think Nyle MAY have been in them but they are next years ski.

They are basically rockered punx from what I understand

And they're wider. And softer. And cheaper. Not the same, just similar construction.

from what i have read/seen they are very similar to the volkl step. I have a pair of steps and love them. really great both switch and forward with the true symmetrical sidecut, etc. the flex is stiff enough for med-big kickers without washing out much but soft enough that they are playful and forgiving. The minimal rocker profile is good for surface swaps on boxes and rails and is good for reducing catching while spinning off lips without them feeling too short.
