Indoor Ski Place in the Meadowlands

yea i live right by that. it was supposed to be ready this summer but they keep fuckin up with the budget
 
this is correct. NJ Governor Chris Christie has publicly stated that this needs to happen before the Super Bowl and is willing to pledge a portion of the $800M its going to cost to finish the job, provided that a new developer steps in.
 
pumped for this place to open. if it ever dose i've been waiting for about 5 years. i guess good things take time.

Im pretty sure theyre trying to get it done by the super bowl. I drive by the meadowlands all the time and the whole place is built, so it would be a fucking huge waste to abandon it now after like 5 years and millions of dollars have been spent
 
if they have a park this place would come up so clutch during the summer especially since its less than an hour away from westchester
 
its no in the meadowlands its near it but yeahh ive seen it, i went inside in the fall and they were constructing it, but yeahh i cant wait till this opens
 
looks like its coming along. its good that "the snowboarders can have their world" with the halfpipe and all...
 
Have fun stuffing a half pipe in there. I imagine it could be alright since there won't be the daily thaw/freeze cycle of a typical halfpipe.

apparently theres gonna be a halfpipe, and mayb even some moguls. I'm hopin for an actual terrain park. that would make summers so sick.
 
Moguls would be sick. Watch, a skier is gonna show up to ride the park and they're gonna be like "skiers can get extreme in the halfpipe too? NO WAY BRO!11!!11!1one!!!1"
 
that just looks dumb, like do they really expect for this to work, and generate money? Looks like a big money pit to me. Although, I would be more than stoked on this opening, just looks a little too crazy to be true.
 
I think location is good but lets cross our fingers that it actually opens! But in the meantime in Brooklyn...

OMG i saw this place when i was at the izod center for my sisters college graduation. i thought it looked like an indoor thats so sick will visit this FOR SURE when it opens. i'm stoked!
