Indigo Boards

Are they really useful for balance? Cuz I was playing on one at a party and it wasn't difficult even when I really got it rocking...tried a few kickflips but I'm not a skater and they still were fairly easy...is there balance drills?

hahah isnt it just called an INDO boarD? i have a voo-doo balance board and i dont know if it helped, but i have much better balance on it then most of my friends. those who skate/snowboard also.
