well usually its me answering questions like this but i just cant find out how to solve my problem. my problem is that i somehow turned pop ups off but i need them for my email. i have no pop up blockers so thats not the problem. thanks

aim has a pop up blocker that is installed unless u un check the box when u install it

If you have any sort of search toolbars such as yahoo, it also blocks pop ups...

i know for my google popup stopper and many more,if you hold ctrl and then click the site, it passes.
