In-Grown pubic hairs....

buy a good exfoliant and use that after you shave. in the mean time try not to look like a crazy person while resisting the constant urge to scratch down there.
 
My gf had this problem. Laser hair removal is the only permanent solution. I also get them on my neck, its really embarrassing, but hey it could be worse.
In the mean time, try not shaving the hairs so short so they cant get ingrown, and use an acne medication on the infected area to calm the bumps and redness.
 
shave down first, then if you absolutely have too shave up to get it smooth, but im sure you can get the hair short enough just shaving down with the grain

Whatever I do be careful I tried to squeeze one last year to hard and it pushed the infection in instead of popping. I had a lump the size of a hockey puck on my inner thigh up near my genies. I had to get it lanced and packed with gauze 3 fucking times. Worst spring break ski trip of my life. The dr recommended using a hot compress before attempting to pop the next one. I guess it brings the puss to the surface
 
don't even try to solve the "problem" just live with it. I'm sure that some guys out there are into In-Grown pubic hairs
 
Use tweezers. Pulls the hairs outs. Problems solved, use hot compress to pull puss to surface, squeeze infection out.
