In depth question, have 2 pair skis, park vs. pipe/all mtn

My question is, which pair of skis do I try to recover the edges and use for pipe/all mountain, and which pair would be better suited to just de-tuned the edge for good and use for rails n boxes. Either way its only for this upcoming season.

I have two pairs of twin tips, not gently used but still in one piece, an OG Fischer Addict 163cm fischer x14 bindings from 2005, and Line Shadows 167cm I bought in 2010, with marker comp1400 (race) bindings. The Fischers survived a few seasons at killington, there's still a huge gouge under the binding from there in 2010 before I bought the Lines, and both pairs of skis have spent 2 seasons in CO. The Line's definitely got beat up faster and I think it's because the base is a softer material, you can see where its all marked up on the base where I step on the binding to pop off my ski. The top of the Fichers is chipping off pretty badly along the edges.

The Line's are lighter, which means I don't get tired as fast and can move my legs a bit quicker/higher, but the Fischers have better pop, I think because they're stiffer. In powder and trees, the Line's win, they're easier for me to keep my tips afloat and turn. I got away with barely tuning my skis in Co, but there's no way that's happening on the east coast without a powder day (ha). Even out in CO there were days that I wished I had better edges... and of course I'd trick myself into doing that then be mad about it in the park.

Help?? Advice? Whatever skis I "recover" the edge for pipe/all mtn, I was thinking about getting them set up for backcountry and be that be pair that I take to finally do Tucks in the spring.

When you used both of these skis previous, did one of these skis fit your riding style for pipe/all mountain better?

Most of this is preference, but personally I would use the lines since they're lighter for rails and boxes and beat those ones up, and rock the fischers for pipe/all mountain even though they are a little heavy. The fischers may be better for charging and getting some needed pop in the pipe (since you feel they're more poppy).

Just my .02 cents
