IMovie exporting problems

I made about a 5 minute edit and when i try to export it (so i can upload it to vimeo/youtube or whatever) the audio gets all mixed around. For example the audio at the end will start to play in the middle... anyone know what the problem is? thanks
 
Go to share, export, and choose quicktime movie in a format like pro-res and/or h.264 or something. then upload independently. Uploading straight from Imovie or fcpx is useless from what I understand.
