Can she read the messages,

plus how do i move iphone over to another apple id

Go to the App Store. Go to featured. Scroll to the bottom. Click on you apple id. Sign out. Sign in with another id. I haven't had to do it yet but it should work.

Yes, she can.

I can read all of my mothers i-message texts when I use her ipad. And I can read my i-message texts on my ipad even if they went to my phone. Quite handy when I lose my phone.

My mom can answer her Imessage from her Ipad or her Iphone depending wheter she has her phone with her or she is in the house and browsing internet with the ipad. So yeah if it's the same apple ID she can see everything!

hilarious story related to this:

a friend of mine's dad smokes weed but tries to keep it on the dl from his kids (however a bunch of his sons friends know anyways) but he was buying a joint off my other friends uncle and was texting him about it, then iCloud brought the messages onto their family desktop computer i guess and his daughters read the whole conversation.
