Im pre-ordering some saga anomie pants, need sizing advice

Im pre- ordering a pair of saga anomie pants, im 5'9. Should i get the Larges or XLs? dont want em to be ridiculously baggy, but i want to basically be able to do the splits without any resriction

I'm 5'10" 180 lbs and I got large 2013 anomies. They fit really well, I wear size 34 waisted pants usually and I dont need a belt for the larges. If you want to get your thug on probably get the XLs.
