I'm a touch pissed

So for my birthday i got gift certificates to innerbootworks in stowe, vt...for what else but new ski boots. So i did the whole nine yards went in sat down and basically put myself in the boot fitters hands. I ended up dropping like 800 bucks on technica Diablo Magnesiums, custom footbeds, punched out, etc...they felt good in the shop but I can only take one run in them at a time, theyre just too damn small (I wear a 10.5 and these are 7s) they feel okay but my foot has to curl a tiny bit which causes nasty pains and blisters, the result: I can't ski aggressively at all. The problem: They can't be stretched out anymore because they interfere with the bindings (they already do a little bit) and I can't straight up return them because the boot has been altered to fit me only....what can I do?

see if you can move your bindings, like i know with my looks you can just turn a screw and adjust the size, but if you cant you may have to redrill your skis

yah...i have know clue why i even allowed them to do this to me, i mean if i were in 260mm id be fucking perfect, but they never even asked about size they measured and told

Yes...definately tell them this, they shouldn't allow you to drop $800 on boots that don't fit.

if you went to that nice of a shop, they will have to refund or replace your stuff if they screwed up that badly.

When ever I go to a shop and the guy helps me out with boots I always end up with a small boot that I would I out grow in a year. So I stoped listening and don't any help from those guys.

But they probebly want you to come back to buy small boots the nexy year. So they make money.

if you go to the guy and complain enough becasue you dropped close to a grand and you can't ski in them, he should understand and help you out some. Good luck though, that sucks.
