Illmatic

^ i tried to post it in 2 but i messed up, we could probably fight about if u want, but in the meanwhile thanks for insulting me over the computer :)

Yeah, AZ's verse in Life's A Bitch was what got him signed. I just downloaded the entire album last night because I've only been listening to Nas for a week or two. I love it, such a sick albums. I've gotta say that even though Nas has great flow, I still think Rakim has still got the best in rap history. Paid in Full is amazing.

illmatic, ready to die, 36 chambers

and AZ did outshine Nas on Life's a Bitch...but just factor in that AZ's verse was just fuckin ridiculous, Nas' is still pretty ill.

illmatic, doe or die comes in a close second (AZs first CD that is on illmatics level), 36 chambers is defintily up there, 50 Cent - get rich or die tryin is ill too...

PSYCH.

holy shit, my cd doesn't have "life's a bitch" i never even knew that song existed. i listened to it tho, i don't think az outshines nas at all, it's more like two different styles

illmatic and doe or die are bot amazing. illmatic is unmatched though as far as flow and production.

get lost tapes, if we had a top 3 of just nas albums it would be illmatic, it was written, and lost tapes, idk about that order tho

i dont know why i'm the only one that feels this way, but it was written doesnt even come close to matching illmatic. maybe its just me...

nothing from nas comes close to matching illmatic, and thats not a knock on nas, its just how good illmatic is
