Can confirm it's still incredibly loose. Not sure if it's loose enough for them to plug up a discount code. Nowadays ikon requires that you send in a student ID number and class schedule to get a discount code. Also, completely unrelated to that, at U of U student ID numbers are formatted like uXXXXXXX and sample class schedules are findable online. Good Luck!

You can still do that. Ikon will accept pretty much anything that "proves" you're a current student at the time of purchase.

You can also just fake it. I've been updating my transcripts to say I'm still in school for 3 extra years now
