IF3 Amsterdam! (And Europe Ski/Travel Advice))

What's gooood NS! I am currently on an exchange term for school in Brussels so I have the opportunity to easily travel around and hit up the ski events happening around Europe this fall. (Was hoping to get to Annecy for Sosh Big Air but train tickets were $$$).

Anyways - I'm heading to iF3 Amsterdam next week and want to see who else is going! Also, to see if anyone from the area has a couch to crash on or can recommend a decent and cheap hostel. Maybe I will just pull an all nighter...

I'll be taking the bus in the morning Friday and leaving Saturday night. Hit me up if you want to meet up for the movies or afterparty!

And if you are in the area (NE, BE, FR, UK) for future events, or skiing in the alps once winter comes, please hit me up as well, my dream is to get to Chamonix

Heck Yeah! I'll definitely be there with some buddies, probably at the XionPG stand! I am from The Hague, but I have some friends living in Amsterdam that are going. I can ask them if you can sleep on their couch, or check for hostels. P.s. if you want to ski some park there are a few indoorslopes in holland (and Belgium aswell), one is reasonably close to Amsterdam!

Sweet that would be great! Yes I have heard of a few indoor slopes... would be awesome to get skiing in October. I think I will go to Landgraaf sometime soon as it seems the biggest, and has a park!

Sweet! Yes that'd be awesome let me know. I'll drop by the Xion stand and say hello! And yeah someone just told me about Landgraaf indoor slope, it looks sick! I will probably try to go there for a day in October as it looks like it has a park and is one of the biggest.

I wanted so badly to get to SOSH!! Even considered renting a car... but didn't plan it far enough in advance and those train tickets from here were super pricey. If you want to stop by the student party town of Leuven, come on by! Or meet up for some indoor skiing...

for places to stay check out: Bob's youth hostel, Youth Hostel Meeting Point, The flying pig, and St chris's right by belushi's. those are my favourite spots to stay and party at in amsterdam.

Bob's and meeting point will be the cheaper options though. have fun in the best city in europe!!! (imho)

Nice! I go skiing every week at De Uithof, usually on thursday, with some other guys. This sunday there is a big air contest (as far as big air goes indoor, probably a 20ft. kicker). If you feel like riding a kicker, you can definitely join!
