If you've got anthems

ok, maybe i wasn't clear. I understand that line sells anthems as 161 171 and 178. i also know that their skis are a bit longer than they are advertised as. could someone who owns 171 or 178 anthems actually measure them please? i am interested in their exact length.

ive heard that line skis are measure before they press them, or after or something so they are actually a bit longer.
 
They'd prob be longer if they measured after they're pressed cus if they were measured before, some of the height would be lost in the curve of the tip and tail.

lol thanks guys. so it sounds like i can plan on 2-3 extra cm. the reason i ask is because 175-176 would be ideal, and i'm very hesitant to buy skis above that (i'm 175cm tall and 140 lb.) i like my 169 walls, but would like to go a bit bigger. sounds like 171 anthems will do (but i'd prob. go with 178 if they were really 178).

 
some ski companies measure from tip to tail, some dont. line measures from right before each tip, to the begining of each tip so mine were a good 3 cm loner. 171
 
i'm already on 169 walls centermounted though. i like the way they ski, and want something a bit longer, but not so much that it feels like a completely different league, you know?
 
get 171. first i got 178, and they were biggg. returned them for a 171 and liked them a lot more
