i was thinking that same thing but apparently aluminum doesnt liquefy until a pretty high temperature

it'll release toxins though at a much lower temperature. aluminum can pipes lead to throat cancer

jet boils are SWEET. i dont think i have mine anymore, but i always used to take it on backpacking trips. thing will boil water in like under 2 minutes
