just realizing i spend more money on a cell phone, than car insurance and weed in a month, i am wondering what would happen if you didnt have a cellphone? people are so reliant on them, do you think you could exist and have friends without one?

i didnt have one for the last month and it wasnt that big of a deal. actually its kind of nice not being in touch, in a way. i do not have a smart phone, and i really dont need one. i get why a lot of people want them, especially for certain lines of work, but its not worth 30 bucks to me. i like being old fashion too much.

I spend $40/month n a cell phone and get much more than I need out of it.

haven't had a phone since the beginning of this school year and it's really not that bad at all. Just got skype on my computer with a skype number and voicemail, costs me about 7 bucks a month compared to my blackberry plan which cost me 75

I've had the same phone for the past 5 years. it's about $10 a month, I've been on my mom's family plan since I got it. I guess at some point I'll have to get off it and pay big boy bills, but for now, fuckit

i'm quite prone to breaking things. i've currently been without a cell for about two months maybe. second time this year. you cope. it's not the end of the world because we still have internet and pay phones. also, you just make more solid plans and rely on giving better directions and meet up points and time.

You can get a straight talk verizon phone that gets cell service everywhere for 45 bucks a month, no contract, unlimited talk/text/web

You're car insurance is probably 100 a month.

If you don't need the internet but want a good straight talk plan it's like 30 for that same deal without the unlimited.
