id buy a high speed quad or tram and run it to the top of some SICKKKK backcountry terrain. only experts can ski...no noob shit.
 
i'd buy the ability to ski year round with trips to the south over the same and out west during the winter.
 
Indoor water ramp facility with a JOI sized take off and a triple kicker. Also a 3/5/7/10 m platform, all with trampolines on them.

realistically, a sled.

 
enough skis so that i dont have to keep buying new ones whenever mine break. unless somebody can tell me a ski that wont lose their edges too quick
 
Maybe you should buy some grammar lessons.

On another note, I'd get the new JJ's with some Baron's and skins.
