If I wanted to post an iPhone voice memo on a forum, how would I do that?

I'm looking for some help and the person that gives me the best most helpful detailed description I will mail some stickers

There should be a Utilities folder. Under there, you will see a Voice Memo app. It looks like this:

K. It says share, and says email or message. I tried emailing it to myself but it says its too big.

So Im still at square one

I think he meant how to get it into the forum afterwards.

If it were my I would probably end up uploading it to a sound effect website such as www.hark.com, then embedding it.

But I'm dumb and there's probably a better way
