Hey guys. Recently I got the new dslr and have been wanting ideas to do to get some good shots. I have been thinking about doing a time lapse and maybe even a short film. Any other ideas that you guys now would be cool to do?

Make a short film adaptation of a short story or poem you like.

Make a short film about the town/city you live in.

Make a music video for your favorite song.

Go to the library, take a random book off the shelf, and come up with a short film that uses a random phrase from it as the title.

Or you could just take some shallow DOF shots of your cat, timelapses of clouds, close ups of flowers, sunset shots of meadows, etc. and edit them all together to "Intro" by The xx.
