Idea for aurora victims

Saw this and thought this would be a pretty cool thing to do for the victims of the aurora shooting. It might make an unbelievably horrific situation a little bit better for those most affected

how so? if it was that dude with the shit blocking his mouth then I would agree but Batman is a pretty recognizable character...

yeah I doubt he will too (I've heard he's an asshole) but he could easily do a lot more than wishing his best

i bet they could get somebody else to dress up in the batman costume to visit them. they wouldnt even have to know its not actually christian bale

Do you really think it's a good idea to remind the victims of the film they were watching when they almost died? And most of those in the hospital aren't kids anyway, and aren't going to freak out over some guy in a batman costume.

becuase the last thing they were watching was a batman movie, seeing real life batman would simply trigger those memories.

Plus I want to say most of the people attending were probably olderish, not 12, since this was a midnight showing, along with an violent film, in which so, an actor who pretends to be someone wouldn't comfort me. Nor is batman a real hero.

having this version of batman visit in the hospital would be horrifying for most children, let alone some who were shot while watching him in a movie.

They want to show these kids a "real hero" why not bring in the cops that responded to the call, the people who helped others in the theater, the emts, or even the nurses and doctors helping them out right now.

Christian bale as batman has never done anything to help anyone.

The last thing they see before getting shot at is his face... so waking up to it could be too soon
